Swelling/mass: A tumor on the forehead would produce a swelling. Depending on the rate of growth, and invasiveness of the tumor there may be ulceration, bleeding, color changes and local pain.

No: It is not true that if you fall on your head.  You will develop a brain tumor !!!! .this is a false statement . Depending on how hard you hit your head , you may suffer other consequences , such as contusion , concussion , clot in the head , ETC

Get it removed: If doctor says ' tumor'  then follow the advice , if necessary  take another opinion ,  only way to know  exactly what is is by  biopsy , most of the soft tissue tumors are benign ,  out side the cranium , a simple out patient surgery salves the problem.

Ask your PMD: Ask your pmd for a referral. Other option is to check your insurance's provider list and then ask your doctor's opinion.

i got this lump on top of my forehead,someone told me it could be a bloodclot,im doing a lifelinescreening in 3 wks,where they check for blockages,would they find it if it was?can it wait 3 wks?im also seeing a dermo to make sure its not a tumor?

Unlikely: Bone tumor highly unlikely in this scenario.  Best place to start is primary care doctor or a dermatologist.  If it is a cyst, can be removed easily.

: Most likely this is a benign cyst of no impact, such as a sebaceous cyst, and not truly a tumor of any kind.  Yes, have the doctor look at it, and recommend interventions if appropriate.

Unlikely: Since you also have forehead pain this is far more likely to be a sinus headache.  Obviously i can't tell over the internet. Brain tumors are rare, estimated 20/100, 000 people.  Of those, 7/100, 000 are cancer.

Dermatologist?: Difficult to assess from description. Sounds like dermatologist is in order. Most likely not a brain tumor.
