Blood glucose: If diabetes is in question, a HbA1c will you give you a better estimate for your average blood sugar over last few weeks. 2 isolated blood glucose values are of limited value and I do not have enough to see a trend.

CKD: A creatinine of 4 is of concern and the nephrologist will have to evaluate and advise you. This could be a somewhat reversible worsening of kidney function if it was caused by dehydration, intake of certain medications like diuretics or ACE inhibitors, or very high protein intake.

Yes: Having a stent because of a kidney stone is not a contraindication to exercise. Any sharp pain during exercise should prompt you to stop it and do something else

Stone position: Exercise will not "aggravate" kidney stones. However, if you have a stone in the lower pole (bottom) of the kidney, then the activity could change the position of the stone where it could pass down the ureter and cause pain.

Multiple possibility: You can have anything from sore low back muscles to something more serious, like early spine arthritis. Does not sound like a disc bulge, or herniation, because you are not describing burning or shooting sensations down a leg.
