but it is not that high as compared to meat, seafood, alcohol and yeast.

Allergy or other: You would have to specify what you mean by yeast allergy.  Are you experiencing and intolerance or some adverse reaction due to yeast in your body?  Are you truly allergic with immediate or anaphylactic type reactions perhaps verified by testing?  The latter is quite rare and I have never seen it.  Please clarify.

Brush your tongue, may simply be bacterial coating, or food debris. Yeast is generally adherent.

That makes the yeast grow faster. In areas where yeast is already present, like under breasts, groin, vagina, it will overgrow.
