Banana is the most common. Also kiwi, pineapple usually it involves itchy tongue, mouth or throat when eating these this is called oral allergy syndrome. A doctor by the name of sidney haas in new york city was successfully treating pediatric patients using what came to be known as the “banana diet” which restricted other carbohydrates and fat.

This schedule reduces development of food allergies based on gut maturation.  Technically, your baby is closer to the 4 month stage for cereal introduction.
