Stop worrying: We see these from time to time. They are no cause for concern. Reference ranges are set for the vast majority of people. Just be happy. Elevated B12 has some arcane significance in hematology but it does not apply to healthy people. Just be glad.

Look for malabsorption, and especially for pernicious anemia and if in any doubt, start the B12 injections right away.

It certainly has its role in certain pathologies such as neuropathies, dementia, and certain forms of anemia. In general, I look for other reasons to explain all the things people think B12 cures which have never been proven. B12 would not LOWER your folate (folic acid) levels anywhere in the body

Nothing to worry abt: These are all in the normal range, and there is some give and take regarding the laboratory ability to give an exact value.  Don't worry about these values unless they are way higher or way lower than normal.
