Get lab work: No period for three months can be from the stress you have but i recommend getting lab work to confirm you thyroid, other hormone levels are fine.  You should also have your ferritin, vitamin d and b levels checked because they are probably low contributing to your fatigue.  Low Folic Acid should be replaced with Folic Acid 800mg daily.  Not sure what kidney bor is.

Lab results: CBC looks good. B12, folate, (folic acid) & iron r high. May want to taper back on vitamin b supplements as well as iron. Concern with iron overload is possible deposition in organs. Discuss these values with pcp to see what approach s/he wishes to follow.

Different effects: Citric acid can prevent the individual crystals of calcium salts from forming stones; however, for individuals with renal insufficiency, large doses of vitamin c are not prudent - see you dac!

Uric Acid kidn fail: In general uric acid goes up a creatinine goes up.   Creatinine is how we measure the kidney function. Discuss with your team.

Anemia: Kidneys are known for their erythropoietic nature ( ie they produce red blood cells in body). Patients in renal failure--- get anemic! Other ingredients (fuel) for producing red cells in body are iron and Folic acid. Since kidneys failed--- we rely on other organs ( ie liver and bone marrow) to do the same-- produce red cells--- by giving patients enough fuel to produce them!
