YES: Some experts suggest anyone with a B12 level below 450 who has symptoms suggestive of B12 deficiency be treated. Some people will respond to high doses of oral or sublingual B12 but if that dose not increase your levels you should get injections. I don't see why you should have to fight to get these. Find out why: If you're low because you're a vegan / vegetarian, your medicine will help and you should reconsider your lifestyle. If you have pernicious anemia and can't absorb the stuff, you'll need injections. If another cause (gut disease, fish tapeworm), your phyiscian should try to detect it.

i was found with low testoterone levels have bern taking testostetone injections every 2 weeks for 3 months then once a month is this bad for health?

See endocrinologist: Low testosterone is overly diagnosed in the US because of all the commercials on TV.  Most men on testosterone should not be on it.  The longer you stay on it, the more your body becomes dependent on it.  You need to find out if you really should be on it at all.  You need more than a low testosterone to diagnose hypogonadism.  There may be a higher risk of heart attacks and strokes while on it.

Depends: The good news is most people with POTS do well over time. The frustrating part is that it is possibly more than one disorder with similar symptoms. The diagnosis is relatively straightforward &amp; usually done with a tilt table test. What exactly you are referring to as a catecholamine injection could be a variety of things &amp; are rarely done. Confirm diagnosis &amp; see someone specializing in this!
