If : If you think there is any chance you could be pregnant, then please take a pregnancy test.  Other gynecological causes can cause discomfort also though so please see your gynecologist for an evaluation.  Changes in hormones, from going off the depo, could cause changes as well.

Yes, possible: One injection of Depo-Provera lasts for 3 months, regardless of how long you have been receiving injections. If you had unprotected intercourse after the expired date of your last injection, there is always the chance you could become pregnant.

3/1000 chance: If 1000 women use Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) for a year, 3 of them will probably get pregnant.   Its possible you are pregnant.   If you are experiencing flutters and kicks, you need to see your Ob/Gyn and have a blood pregnancy test.   I wouldn't rely on a home pregnancy test in this instance.  Its also possible you are not pregnant and are having some confusing abdominal sensations but best to get checked!

Gas /Air/Peristalsis: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks).  Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

Intestines/Stomach: In your gut are the organs and the intestines.  Air, fluid and waste move through them. If there is an infection or irritation the normal processes may be interrupted, interfered with or changed.  Swelling happens, fluids don't absorb as well and what is moving through is looser than normal.

Guessing: Physician's never guess when it comes to pregnancy. You did not share with us any sexual, menstrual, or more importantly ovulatory history. If you think you could be pregnant then please go get a pregnancy test. They are readily available everywhere there in alabama.
