Spasms: More than likely they are muscle spasms under the skin. They can be caused from overuse, electrolyte issues - dehydration. Sometimes low calcium and magnesium can cause the spasms or muscle fasciculations. Our muscles contract and release with these 2 minerals. So highs and lows would causes the muscles to spasm

You could have something simple like a thyroid problem that is easily fixed or something much more serious, like a heart,  or lung  problem.  We cannot figure it out for you with  such little info.  You need  an exam and testing.   If your heart is fluttering, or only one leg is swollen or you have trouble breathing please go to the ER now or call 911.
