No it's not : No that is definitely not a symptom of pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. There is no reason to try and guess if you are pregnant based on symptoms when you can find out in minutes with a simple urine test.

Ovulation cramps: During the Menstrual cycle, the ovary will release the egg from its surface by the breaking of the small sac where it has grown. Some women can feel that happen. Others report cramps several days after ovulation. This may be due to the fimbria of the fallopian tubes "waving" the egg into the tube canal for its journey to the uterus. All of this is normal.

Ovulation: side pain: Ovulation test positive indicates that the egg will be release, but one sided pain can mean the ovarian cyst that releases the egg may not be ruptured (a normal event) and the stretched ovarian cyst causes one sided pain from the unruptures corpus luteum cyst.
