Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms, you may wish to watch and wait.

Doubt it: Cytoplasmic fluorescence usually means nothing.  If your physician is not worried, i would not be either.  Your physician may order a tube test for anti-ro/ssa, etc., if these relate to the present concern. The workup of elevated liver enzymes / transaminases is too difficult to explain in 400 words -- glad you're taking a proactive approach in any case.

It is not specific f: High alk. Phos can be caused by any/many liver disorders from any cause including hepatitis, obstruction of the bile due to stone or tumor. Lymphoma itself hs little to do with alk. Phos but it can certainly infilterate into the liver or cause bile duct compression due to enlarged lymph nodes in the porta hepatis area of th eliver and thus  could, indirectly cause high alk phos levels in the blood.
