Surgical drainage: Bad paronychia (infections of the skin surrounding a fingernail) often don't respond to antibiotics since the bacteria that are causing it are walled off in an abcess (pus filled balloon).  The definitive treatment is surgical, the affected part of the nail or cuticle needs to be opened to allow the paronychia to drain.  If that does not help, a portion of the nail can be removed.

Doubtful: Flucoxacillin, an antibiotic, shouldn't cause weight gain. It, like many medications, can affect digestion and may cause bloating,gastric irritation, or diarrhea.

Antibiotics: Skin infections are not often treated with penicillins.  These are not choices i would make for my patients.

See doc.: Whenever a treatment is not working or starting to work after 2-3 days, get checked again and/or call the doc today. You may be on the wrong medication or actually having problems from the meds. Creams can cause local reactions in some people and complicate the picture as it can be hard to tell if an infection is getting worse or the cream is causing increased symptoms not due to infection.

Fine: Assuming your treating dr. Knows what infection they are treating you for and or trying to prevent further infections, that is safe.  Make sure you follow-up with the treating dr. To assure continuity of care and that you are followed appropriately through your post operative course.  Best wishes to you.

: The CAP or RAST test is elevated and given the rash after exposure to the antibiotic, consider avoidance if possible.  The rash also may have been a viral rash. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, wheezing and swelling. Repeat testing in a few months is recommended.

You may have a Vesicoureteral reflux the retrograde passage of urine from the bladder into the upper urinary tract. This can be diagnosed by either a contrast voiding cystourethrogram or radionuclide cystogram.

Shingles: No! shingles is caused by the reactivation of the chicken virus. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) just treats bacteria not viruses. You would need Valtrex 1 gram three times a day for 7 days.

Ok: This combination should be ok. You can always check with your pharmacist,however as he/she has access to all the information on medications and interactions.
