Get checked out.: There are some lymph nodes that we're okay with being temporarily enlarged, and some that we're not.  Big lymph nodes near the clavicle should be evaluated by your doctor and closely followed.  It could be related to the flu-shot, but if it were me, i'd have it checked out.

Not flu: Flu season is over and it is not likely that you suffer from influenza or flu. However, your symptoms are suggesting a viral infection and I suggest seeing your physician for further testing and recommendations.

Mild swelling: Certainly a mild amount of swelling at the site of injection as well as at the nearest lymph node can happen due to your immune response. Persistent swelling should be checked by your physician

Reactive nodes: Swollen nodes may be a reaction to the flu shot.Try using some warm compresses on the nodes for 30-30minutes several times a day.  If they don't begin to shrink in a day or two see your doctor for evaluation.

Influenza vaccine: Flu shot side effects may include:  slight swelling, redness or pain at vaccination site.  If headache, nausea, fever or  muscular pain occur they usually resolve within one to two days.  You won't get the flu from a flu shot because the virus either contains inactivated virus or doesn't have virus particles in it. Severe side effects are rare. Don't know which nodes were swollen. Might not be due

Lymphadenopathy: Possible, but not likely. This needs a full history and exam and possibly some labs and imaging studies for accurate diagnosis and this can only be done face to face with your doctor. Good luck.

Lymph node: It possible that it is a lymph nodes. But need to know what is the reason for this nodes. With Scabies your head will be very itch, scaly scalp can cause it too, and fungal infection as well. But absolutely not related to Flu shot.
