That's OK: Every vaccine is intended to get your immune system's undivided attention. When it does, you get a little inflammation at the site (a sign the vaccine is doing its job), and sometimes that inflammation can precicipitate an itch. If there is a little redness, that's ok, a lot of redness, or a spreading rash, should probably get you to see your doctor.

Could be part of flu: Could be just a sign of the infection that you have, treat it with a spray or other OTC medicines.  Could also be a developing infection... watch for strept throat or other bacterial infections that could be a secondary process.

?Flu shot?: Assuming you mean the flu shot in your r arm, the most common reaction is local irritation at the injection site.  Possibly the act of you coughing is just making you muscle move int he area the injection was given, causing a local reaction. This should resolve with time.  See dr if persists.

Not usual: This is not a typical reaction, and in this case i would recommend you see a board certified dermatologist in your area for further evaluation and treatment.

Sty: It could be a sty, dermatitis (infectious or allergic) or a cellulitis.  Try warm compresses ( wash cloth with warm water and hold it there for 5-10 minutes , a couple homes a day). If it is getting worse, more painful, or warm to the touch, see your doctor.

eyelid just got over the flu. but now my upper eye lid is red and looks alittle swollen. its the left eye only. its not watery. just itches on and off. mostly when it start it itch its at the corner the part closed to your nose. its not really discharging

If : If the lid becomes painful, this likely represents a stye.  Start using the lid soaks with a warm wash cloth 2-3 times daily for 2-3 minutes.  If the lid continues to swell, i would recommend evaluation by your eye doctor.  This could represent many different things.

May be allergies: This doesn't sound like flu (think high fever, sore throat, achey all over,cough,exhaustion).
It doesn't even sound like sinusitis.
What it sounds like is allergies, likely to airborne pollens, molds and/or dust. But itchy throat/pallet also often caused by certain foods.
Try antihistamines to see if they help. Then see a Dr. to see if you can find what you are allergic too and try to avoid it.

i had flu so i took medication but it made me itching.i couldnot speak and i turned blue .they gave me antiallergy .s that could happen again?

Possibly: It sounds like you had an adverse drug reaction; usually you don't want to rechallenge if the reaction was severe.
