Lipase ...: is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of fats (lipids). Lipases are a subclass of the esterases. Lipases perform essential roles in the digestion, transport &amp; processing of dietary lipids (e.g. triglycerides, fats, oils).  More broadly, "pancreatic juice" contains many enzymes, including trypsinogen, chymotrypsinogen, elastase, carboxypeptidase, pancreatic lipase, nucleases &amp; amylase.

Prune juice can help get your bowels moving again but that's about it. Best to focus on eating healthy diet, exercising regularly & resting while your baby sleeps.
