: In my opinion too many tests for your your complaints. Try simple methods like sitz baths and Ibuprofen for a few days and chances are you will be better

Yes, find out why: Recurring vulvar fissures need to be addressed as to why they keep making "guest" appearances, Neosporin notwithstanding. The first thought is to make sure that your vulva hygiene is appropriately done especially during periods. The use of mini pads for interminable hours is a prime culprit as well as harsh applied soaps that cause vulvar drying and cracking. See a GYN MD if this persists.

can lichen sclerosus cause anal fissures?i have ls confirmed by biopsy on vulva & perineum with fissures but wondered if anal fissures are ls related?

Probably not: I see a lot of people with anal fissures, but not one of them has had lichen sclerosis to my knowledge.  The fissures are usually caused by constipation.  Sometimes they improve spontaneously, sometimes they require a short operation.

Think about it: Labia come in all shapes and sizes and attractiveness also comes in all varieties.  Who is displeased with your labial shape?  I have not heard this to a consideration in allure.  If you must, consult with your gynecologist who can recommend a treatment termed labiaplasty to handle this.

Congestion/flow: labia are rich in nerve endings and blood vessels- assuming this is not some type of varicose vein- the purple color is from hormonal influence or sexual engorgement ( similar to the color changes in an erect penis)
