Discuss with doctor: Specific recommendations for individuals will need to be made one on one. In normal circumstances a one hour distance is manageable. Each case should be dealt with individually

Not likely/PG neg: It is unlikely that you are pregnant with several negative pregnancy tests, and it means your period has simply been delayed.

Not really: While you can get yeast infections in pregnancy, you can get them just as easily when you aren't pregnant as well.  Actually persistent yeast infections can be seen in diabetics and people using corticosteroids.  I tend to see more yeast infections in mid summer and mid winter.

Pain in Pregnancy: Pelvic pain is common, not shoulder pain. Try ice application and avoiding activities those make your pain worse.

Not necessarily: Not necessarily.  Take a home pregnancy test about a week after your period.  If negative, repeat in a week.

Accepted Answer

Periods: Skipping a period is not unusual.  Other irregularities like the length of the cycle or the day of the month are also common.   Few women are absolutely "regular."

If you are having periods it is highly unlikely you are pregnant.  For your own peace of mind a home pregnancy test should settle the issue.

after abortion i have been late a week in the second period. first period after abortion is on time . and now is not pregnancy.is that normal?

Probably: sometimes after an abortion the menstrual cycle can take a few months to get regulated again.
can do BCP or just check preg test each month until period is regular again.

first pregnancy i was so sick. this time i only have back pain. very early on 2-4 weeks. i'm so worried and nervous. should i keep taking tests?

No: Repeated urine pregnancy tests aren't that helpful. If you are worried, you may want to pay a visit to your Ob.   Blood pregnancy tests are helpful in early pregnancy.    An ultrasound around 7 weeks can also be very reassuring.  Best wishes!

Basics: The first morning pee is usually the most concentrated &amp; likely to show positive in pregnancy. Once the first menses is late, there will usually be detectable factors on pee to test positive. That is usually ~2wks after conception. Later testing would also show positive.
