Hard to tell: If you do have irregular periods, it is possible that the 19th day was during your fertile period. If you do not want to get pregnant, please start using contraception!

Very unlikely: Ovulation occurs in the middle of your cycle which would be from 10 to 16 days after your first day of your period, and since sperm can't survive more than 5 days pregnancy would be highly unlikely if your cycle is reasonably predictable and this was a normal period.

Possibly: Pregnancy is always a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test.  These usuallly turn positive when you're about a week late.  If it's negative, repeat in a week and call your doctor.
