Pregnant  with irreg: Your period is by est. You had relationship around midcycle thus you had a chance to be pregnant esp following light or brown discharge days later. Do  a pregnancy test if negative then trace 3 months periods followed with family planning with any methods of your choice then you can retrun to your routine way as you please.

Check it out: See if your are pregnant first.  It would depend as far as dates.  How far a apart are your periods normally?

The husband, but...: To find the estimated conception date, one can count backwards 4 weeks and 6 days from 1/9/2020, if the baby fetus was 6 weeks and 6 days. The standard way of counting is:  conception is 2 weeks AFTER the official start of the pregnancy. That means if pregnancy officially started 6 weeks ago, conception was 4 weeks ago. All dates are estimates, plus or minus one week. Yes, all dates are estimates.

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Ovulation: That sounds like it may be close to when you ovulate if not a day or two past.  It is great you keep this information, but are you not also tracking your ovulation day?

What shot ?:   I suggest you explain you problems in detail to an OB and have a thorough physical exam to get a better idea of the issues and get a diagnosis. Spotting can happen anytime in the menstrual cycle and if light can be normal occurrence. If the spotting is heavy, see your OB as soon as possible

Not 100%: at  13 weeks genitals are still not very discernible; however some experiences sonographers could tell you whether its you are having a boy or a girl based on the position of the bump.  My recommendation is to wait 17-20 weeks to be more assured of the sex of your baby.

A good guess: Knowing LMP and when you (with whom)  had sex can help narrow things. Ovulation is about day 14 on a 28 day cycle with 1st day=LMP.
