Watch and wait: As long as the issue is not debilitating, you may just watch and wait. If it does not get better in a week or two, you should consult a doctor. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Spasm : Many possible causes.  If it's just that one finger, you may be developing a trigger finger which may be able to be cured or significantly helped by a properly placed steroid injection.  If you are having spasms in other muscles in your body, other potential causes may be an electrolyte imbalance (potassium, calcium) or the onset of a neurological disorder, so see a doctor.

Nerve: You may have a cervical radiculopathy or "pinched" nerve root in the neck.  An emg/nerve conduction study can be helpful and is a test offered my most neurologists and physical medicine providers.  As well, MRI of the c-spine can be helpful as well.  Talk to your doctor.

Impression: Regarding your eyelid, sounds like "myokymia", and regarding your hand, likely benign fasciculations.  Seriously would doubt profound underlying neurological disease.

Repetitive motion: You could have nerve entrapment from a repetitive motion injury. It would be worth listening to this early warning sign and going in for testing. If you treat early in a syndrome like this, surgery is more easily avoided.

Talk to neurologist: It seems that you already see a neurologist who has ordered all these tests. He/she will be in best position to explain the meaning of these tests in view of your history and examination findings. Tests are only a tool to arrive at a hopefully correct diagnosis. If not happy with current then see a different neuro-physician.

Neurologist: A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate movement disorders and tremors. Is there a family history of tremors? Low back discomfort and dry mouth are nonspecific symptoms. Avoid alcohol,caffeine and nicotine and other stimulants and consult a neurologist for evaluation and treatment.
