Wait 3 months: If you don't have a period for 3 months or more i strongly recommend you go see your gynecologist. If pain is not relieved by taking over the counter Motrin or aleve, (naproxen) your abdomen is swollen you need to be seen.

i have multiple fibroid and have lower back pain. now i have burning sensation in middle back. is this part of fibroid or something else?

Less likely: While fibroids can cause back pain, it usually isn't burning in nature.  Most "burning" pain is nerve related, but not always.  If this persists or is quite bothersome, I would encourage you seeing your primary care doctor to formally evaluate you.

i have a fibroid and am experiencing low back pain & spotting in early pregnancy at 6 weeks - could the fibroid be the cause?

Should see doc ASAP: Although spotting is very common during early pregnancy, the associated back pain is concerning. If your fibroids normally cause you to have back pain with your period, this may also be so. But, if this is new, it is more concerning. I recommend getting checked out by your OB doc asap. Feeling of heaveness: Heavy menstrual bleeding, prolonged menstrual periods — seven days or more of menstrual bleeding, pelvic pressure or pain
 frequent urination, difficulty emptying your bladder, constipation
 backache or leg pains.
Those are the symptoms of fibroid, the back pain part it feel heaveness in the back and abdomen.

Yes: Uterine fibroids can cause back pain, though untypical for it to be in the upper back.  Fibroids can grow up to the level of the ribcage, if that gives you an idea of how big they can get.  I recommend if you are having left upper back pain, that you see a physician as it could be your kidneys or something else.

Gynecology : A uterine fibroid is mostly a fibroid of the uterus that is quite common but should be observed for further complications such as increase in size.
A hemorrhagic cyst of the ovary is a cyst that possibly ruptured and also should be observed and could cause back pain.
