Arthritic changes: Chondocalcinosis is a condition with deposition of calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystals in the articular or joint surface cartilage (white stuff on the end of a chicken bone) that leads to arthitic changes. Fibrillation is early arthritic change with fraying of the articular catilage giving the surface the appearance of an unmowed lawninstead of a smooth surface. Posterior is back of joint.

Fissuring is an actual crack but in your case it is superficial and doesn't go all the way down to bone. Since you have impaired knee cartilage at an early age, you should consult an orthopedic surgeon to evaluate your situation&amp;advise you how to more damage
