Don't wait 4 a week: please see an allergist/your doctor sooner, two tablets of allegra (fexofenadine) 180 is already over precsribed for OTC strength, you need to be evaluated and prescribed prescription strength meds, goodluck

Allegra (fexofenadine)  D: Plain Allegra (fexofenadine) probably does not interact with any other medicines. Allegra (fexofenadine) d has 'decongestant'. It helps stuffiness. Decongestants can affect sleep, blood pressure and cause difficulty in urination in people with prostate problems. Read the brochure and don't hesitate to ask questions from the pharmacist for any over the counter medicines.

contact urticaria means hives in which agents such as plant products, raw fruits, vegetables, seafood, when in contact such as in occupation, cause hives. In children, contact with pet saliva, and in housewives, contact with detergents, soaps and lotions are the usual culprits. The most useful measure will be to identify the contact allergen, and stay away from contact if possible.

Allergies: The recommended dose is one a day. try taking it in the afternoon between 4 and 6 PM since most things bloom at night. Dont take the sudafed or D version as it would keep you up at night.

In general, yes,: Most common potential side effect would be sedation, however, Allegra is the least sedating antihistamine, so unless you are taking extra high dose of benadryl, (diphenhydramine) it would be quite safe.
Often in patients with difficult to control chronic hives, we have to use combination, sometime high dose, of antihistamines to treat the condition.

Yes: Allegra is an antihistamine and fluticasone is a nasal steroid spray. It is not unusual for these two classes of medicine to be prescribed and used together.

Depends: It depends on the cause for the itching.  It this has been present for just a day, it is likely a transient issue and not a lifetime one. Cooled lotion , menthol topically may help.  Until you know what the cause is, it is difficult to give you an answer.
