Fever: Fever and chills usually means your body is trying to mount and attack against an infectious process ( viral or bacterial) and with a headache and burning eyes I'd guess maybe a sinusitis. Best see your doctor and take some Aspirin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for now to help with the symptoms.

If you continue to: vomit, you are losing important electrolytes to stabilize your body's fluids, and this could shift and cause more problems. Then, you'll have to get IV fluids in your via the urgent care center or ER if you can't hold down fluids to replenish the dehyration that's being caused by the stomach upset, vomiting cycle. The rest could tie easily into your current symptoms. So see your doctor ASAP!

Probably DRY EYE: Dry eye syndrome is the most likely cause of burning of the eyes.  If your eyes feel tired, it also goes along with dry eye.  If you are tired, it might be that you need more sleep.  Lack of sleep can also cause your symptoms.  You should see an eye md.  You may first try otc artificial tears such as refresh tears or systane balance.

how to treat burning eyes caused by the fumes from bleach?

Lubricating drops: The eyes are very sensiive to bleach fumes and will water excessively when exposed which gets rid of most of the bleach.  If you vision is clear, the eyes are not particularly red and there is no pain, you can just use over the counter lubricating eye drops to help flush out the rest.  If there is any problem, see your ophthalmologist.

Surface irritation: It's possible that your eyes are dry and the constant blinking and evening facial muscle engagement may be contributing to you headaches (a muscle-tension variety). As a trial, use artificial tears like Refresh™ Optive 4-6 times/day or more often to see if improvement occurs. Also buy some Ocusoft™ lid wipes and follow the directions. Keep your hydration up and avoid facial cosmetics.
