i am officially 3 weeks today after fet. my first hcg was 47.1, second was 72, third was 69.2. should i be concerned?

Abnormal rise: Unfortunately - this would be an abnormal rise in HCG - normally you would want the HCG to at least rise by 53% each day.  I would recommend speaking with your rei.

tvus on 7w1d(lmp) showed gs,yolk sac,fetal pole with no hb, just flicker. hcg 68k can pregnancy after fet be measuring behind on us due to late implantation?(implantation bleeding a week after et) is there any chance to detect hb on us 5 days later?

Early pregnancy ?'s: The dates of conception especially with fetal embryo transplants are not accurate, so the U/S results plus 68 k of HCG may still not be enough to demonstrate a fetal heart rate.  Obtain another U/S and HCG test in a week to be more certain.

i had fet on 5/24 my hcg on 6/9 was 2745 i started bleeding on 6/11 and hcg was 5400 nothing on u/s.hcg on 6/17 came down to 1200 did i misscarry?

Most likely: Unfortunately, yes, it does sound like you miscarried/are miscarrying. Bleeding is usually the first tip off, but the decreasing hcg pretty much confirms it and nothing on ultrasound backs that up as well. I am sorry for your loss.

hi i did a fet and i am 14 days past my transfer. i had my hcg level tested today and it's 83. they said its a little low. how concerned should i be?

Retest: I feel quite confident that your doctor scheduled you to have a repeat bhcg test to confirm that the levels are rising. This is usually done a few days to a week after the first one. Once you have two numbers you can establish a rising trend indicating that things are going well.

See below: Possible miscarriage ( if you passed the sac) versus ectopic pregnancy if no pregnancy in the uterus (no sac). Please discuss further with your fertility specialist.
