Ankle pain: This could be due to arthritis or, if you are getting edema/fluid/swelling in the area, to this. If you are swelling, try compression stockings. If not, then you may have arthritis which is affecting you after prolonged standing or use of the ankles.

sever’s disease  (seen in children)
stress fractures
tarsal tunnel syndrome
severe tear of the plantar fascia

seronegative or seropositive arthridities
tibialis posterior dysfunction
infection
gout
bony or soft tissue mass.

Unti then try some runner's stretches, making sure shoes have good arch support and cushion, and are in good repair. Over-the -counter arch supports can help as well. See a podiatrist if these do not help.

If you mean : The back of your heel, this could be secondary to achilles tendonitis, or a prominent bone to the back of the heel, either a "haglund's deformity or a spur to the back of the heel. A podiatrist should be able to make a diagnosis rather quickly and offer you a treatment plan.
