Chest discomfort: I am not sure if she has other symptoms but sometimes chest discomfort and painful breathing can be symptoms of a chest infection.  Or maybe there is a history of trauma or a mucus plug in her chest. It is worthwhile to have her examined and decide from there. Thanks.

CP can be serious : This could be pain from the chest wall muscles but also could be more serious. If it lasts more than a few seconds at a time you should really call your doctor or go to an urgent care or emergency department for a more detailed history and physical.

Build up: Start slowly. Start by walking from short to longer distances, from slower to faster pace, then you can start with more rigorous exercises. Even athletes start that way. Try to warm up first then do things, and cool down.

Multiple symptoms: It is very likely that these symptoms are a domino effect. Coughing probably due to some infection, leads to chest pain, may even cause a lumbar herniated disc causing back pain. You need a medical evaluation as soon as possible to treat possible lung infection. If you smoke - stop. Bloated stomach may be entirely different.

Lung lining/ muscles: This sounds like overnight something has affected your lung function, breathing pattern, or lung lining or chest --which inflamed can cause pain upon taking a deep breath--, or chest wall muscles.  Perhaps, position while sleeping,  viral illness, overusing your upper body muscles the day before (did you start or do excessive exercise the day before).  If persists, like anything else, c the doc.

Respiratory CP: Chest pain with deep breathing is often called pleuritic pain. When the covering of the lung, the pleura, is inflamed this type of pain is produced. Similar can be associated with inflammation of the pericardium. Scarring in the pleura can also do this. Intercostal muscle inflammation can also have breathing related chest pain and a few other conditions.

Not likely the heart: You are describing chest wall (usually musculoskeletal) pain, not cardiac discomfort.  Can also be caused by inflammation of the lining of the lung (pleurisy).  Physical stress or injury (over exercise or "pulled muscle") or local viral or other underlying infections may be playing a role.  If not responsive to rest, local heat, muscle relaxants or mild analgesics, you need to talk to your doctor.
