i missed a week of workouts. when i started back i went full force running and lifting. i have been feeling very fatigued, have had more irregular heartbeats then usual (pulse all over the place) and bled vaginally a little yest . could it be rhabdo?

Rhabdomyolysis ?: Although heavy exercise after a week of abstinence may cause excess muscle strain b/c of the ability to sustain more strenuous workouts,  it will not cause vaginal bleeding.  Continued heavy exercise may alter your menstrual cycle (i.e., delay ovulation) and dysfunctional bleeding can occur from irregular estrogen levels. See your gyn physician if this continues.

You need: A doctor to evaluate this problem if it does not go away .  It's really hard to say without ability to look at your tissue down there and make sure they and your organs are normal.

The first thing: To come to mind is a muscle spasm?  It could be the case if having more intercourse.  If you have issues like back pain, poor sleep, headaches, high stress, you may experience more overall physical symptoms, noticing more pain than others.  I think it will be self limiting, i cannot think of a disease that behaves in this way.  Good luck.

Probably normal: our bodies feel all kinds of things during pregnancy. At eighteen weeks you can start feeling the fetus moving.  That may be the sensation you are feeling. If you have any pain or discharge or  vaginal bleeding, please see your doctor
