Sleep disorder: What you may have experienced is consistent with "restless leg syndrome", which is usually associated with anxiety, stress, nervousness, having high caffeine intake, withdrawing from medication or substance abuse, or iron deficiency anemia.  Talk to your doctor for definitive diagnosis and effective treatments.

= evaluation: Numbness and tingling that persist needs to be evaluated. Nerve and vascular problems can present in this way. Not sure if you mean the side of your body or your extremities, but that might help differentiate causes. Take care.

May be stress: If it is indeed whole body tingling, I am not aware of any anatomical basis for this. Regardless see a neurologist and receive some symptomatic relief.

Reflux?: I wonder if this might be a symptoms of what we call GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disease.  It is where contents from the stomach make their way back into the esophagus.  You could try using over the counter acid reflux medicine like ranitidine or omeprazole for 2-3 weeks and see if it makes any change. If it helps use for 2-3 months then stop and see what happens. Abdominal discomfort: After ruling out pregnancy that too after 2 nd trimester,  and no associated diarrhea, it would most probably from excessive gas. Pay attention to type of food causing this problem, you may have mal absorption, most commonly to dairy products. Try some probiotic and lactaid and see the symptoms gets any better, if not have it checked out.

It is not worms: I do not know why you have tingling in stomach ( not on the skin of abdomen) but it does not indicate worms in stomach. Worms often show up in stool.

See your doctor: Could be from any number of reasons.  You need to see a doctor so they could take a more thorough history, do an exam and do tests if they think it's necessary.

Stomache pain: If you do not have any diarrhea or vomiting but only pain when you lie on your stomach you need to be examined, especially if you are a young menstrating woman
