It is a frequent: Issue for women. Prostaglandins can cause cramps. Robably the simplest way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organ ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

Unequivocal test: Could have been a false positive (or false negative). I believe you meant September 5/6 for next period. If missed, take another home pregnancy test. Until then, abstain from alcohol or smoking and start taking prenatal vitamins. If you miss your period and the test is positive. You may be pregnant.
