Constipated?: You could be constipated which would be a heavy feeling and not having a bowel movement in &gt;3 days. Make sure you are properly hydrated and eat small meals and see if it resolves.

Pregnancy Test: Take the test 3 weeks after you think you conceived and/or 1 week after your missed period. You are correct, you need to let hcg levels build up. The symptoms you described can be due to other causes, but a positive test means only one thing.

Constant hunger: can result from blood sugar problems and/or thyroid disease, but it could be normal in someone your age.  Teenagers have very high calorie requirements, and it could be that you are not eating enough to meet your body's needs. No: The lack of nausea and cramping is not necessarily a bad sign. Some women never have nausea and others throw up so much they require hospitalization. You may still develop some nausea. The sore breasts are often an early sign of the elevated hormones of pregnancy. Best wishes.

No: The "noises" you describe have nothing to do with being pregnant or not.  The urine test may not be as accurate this early.  I would wait until you miss a period (if you do ) to do another test
