HYDRATE EAT WELL : Make sure you are well hydrated drink water with electrolytes like gatorade or propel not only flavor water consider vitamins like the b and c or multiple vitamins eat properly and if you are on diet for any reason stop for now and reevaluate if persisted need medical evaluation by your pcp.
