Prenatal Care: Of course it can be normal not to have all of the negative side effects that plague women who are pregnant.  I would surely hope you are seeing a good OB for your pregnancy. They would be monitoring you and your baby's health. They would also have recommended that you read at least one good prenatal guide book so you can have a place to turn for these common questions.

took 4 pregnancy test all came back + even the one at the dr but i dont feel pregnant just mild stomach crampings but i jus miss period this mnth?

Normal: The most common symptom for a pregnancy is missed period and a lot of women dont have the usual symptoms associated with pregnancy.

i took an abortion pill about a week ago and i only had diarhea for a few hours no bleeding nothing , i feel pregnant because my stomach seems to be getting bigger although my breasts are not tender , could i still be pregnant?

HPT: If you had an actual period than you are not pregnant. If you are uncertain if the bleeding was actually due to your period than go ahead and take a home pregnancy test.  The pull out method is not an effective method of birth control.

Maybe: It is a little too soon for "quickening" (baby movement)  but not impossible.

Can check with Dr.: If getting rhythmic cramping or regular contractions, it may be preterm labor. One can be checked by her Ob-Gyn doctor. That may mean going to the hospital to the Labor and Delivery ward to be monitored to see what is going on, depending on how the doctor handles these issues at 5 months gestation. Meanwhile, avoid physical activities, having sex, and bumpy car rides... until ok'd by the doctor.

Well....: Pregnancy changes many regular body functions including stomch. Not weak but early nausea, vomiting, etc can be sometimes expected if major problem tell your dr. Otherwise read " what to expect when expecting" and this and other questions are answered!

No: at three weeks of pregnancy, the hormone level in your bloodstream is probably not high enough to where you would start feeling effects of the pregnancy in your GI system, which could include nausea or bloating.

Yes: During pregnancy it's common for the stomach to be bigger and smaller day to day. That's because sometimes the intestines are more or less full and the uterus can sit higher or lower. But over time your stomach will get bigger and bigger. Good luck.
