Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

It may be normal but: If it is early by a day or two it may be normal but if it comes early by few days than i will suggest you see your gynecologist as you are trying to get pregnant as it may be due to hormonal changes or some other cause.

Sure.: It always is a good idea to check a urine pregnancy test one day after your missed period to determine if you are pregnant with 90% accuracy (becomes >99% a week later). Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!

Vague at first: You may start having some signs before your missed period on the 16th but they're usually pretty vague.  Nausea, enlarged breasts, and moodiness are the most common.  You can check a pregnancy test on the day of your missed period.  First morning urine is best with an early test.  If negative, repeat in a couple of days.
