Ortho static change: Blood pooling in your leg causes transient decrease blood flow in the brain (highest point of your body) , it take seconds for heart to pump faster and arteries to constrict in order to send blood to brain. Hydrate well, get up slowly. See doctor if repetitive, severe or disabling.

why does it take me a few days to recall what i did when i was drunk? like the next morning i might feel as if i blacked out, but by day 2 or 3 i'll start to recall what happened and think clearly on that night (and in general) again?

There are many causes of fainting, and if you experience any symptoms,  I would advise being seen by a PCP.

Black outs: Symptoms of lightheadedness are nonspecific in nature.  Faintness and dizziness are other terms people use to described their symptoms.  "blacking out" really refers to an interruption in consciousness or awareness and is not normal.  This can be related to seizures or near syncope (near faint).  Any events that impair awareness or consciousness need to be evaluated by a physician.

Follow your: ..instinct.  If you feel that you have an urgent medical problem, then proceed to an Emergency Room.  It is worth commenting that the hyperventilation that accompanies a panic attack will cause all of the symptoms that you mention, but so will a few other emergent medical problems.  I wish you well!

: If you have black stool, you need to see your doctor and make sure you are not bleeding. Black stool could mean blood in your stool and this would need to be investigated to find out why. There are other reasons for black stool-if you are taking iron, for example, your stool can be black. So, see your doctor and have your stool tested to find out the reason for the black stool. May be floaters: Floaters are due to imperfections in the clear gel inside the eyeball, and tend to become noticeable as a person ages. Floaters occur in many people, and sometimes are more noticeable if one is looking at a plain blank surface such as a blue sky. Large numbers of floaters, noticeably increasing floaters, flashes of light, changes in vision, etc..., should be evaluated by an md eye doctor.

Many possibilities : Smoking, poor oral hygiene,  dry mouth, certain medications, overly soft diet can all cause black hairy tongue. Although unsightly the condition itself is harmless but can cause bad breath.  To treat brush or scrap your tongue gently  when you brush your teeth and eliminate the causative factor. It should resolve in 10-14 days. If caused by dry mouth or medication you may need to see your doctor.
