i've had this swollen pushing feeling on my left side under rib.it feels big and uncomfortable but i don't see a lump or anything.happens a lot.

Gas: It may just be gas in your stomach .You can probably relieve it with an antacid but it does not seem serious

it seems that i have a big fatty lump on my left rib cage. i want to say its just under the size of a tennis ball, and more noticeable when i lay down

Get it checked : You should definitely get this examined by your primary care provider within the next week or two. While this is probably a benign fatty tumor, it sounds quite large and should be checked. Hope this helps!

have quite a big lump of swelling on my left rib cage at the top? it's very soft but it's fast growing, currently have a chest infection as well.

Could be anything?: Soft is usually benign.  Maybe it's a lipoma?

lump appeared on bottom left ribcage after surviving covid-19. ultrasound showed nothing. now, the same lump is 3x times as big, and another lump has appeared underneath right rib cage causing extreme discomfort. second opinion? hepatosplenomegaly?

Eval:  We certainly can't tell you the cause of these lumps. But, since it sounds like  you have increasing symptoms - it would definitely warrant re-evaluation.

painless most of the time. painful when pushed and sometimes just randomly. lump in chest below collar bone left of my sternum on the left side. it feels big. went to the dr chest x-ray came back clean. what could this be? been there for 2 years?

: There may be a resolving soft tissue injury. Was there an injury in this area? A view of the clavicle or collar bone on that side may provide additional information. Do you have any other symptoms? Inclusion cyst?: Hard to tell a lump since there are many underlying causes.  Have your primary or a dermatologist take a look further.  Typically an inclusion or fatty cysts can be present as well w/o pain.

Is it tender to touch?
How old are you?

Check with ob-gyn: Your obstetrician is the person to evaluate this lump. After birth, you could have soft tissue issues from your abdomen, your uterus or other structures in that area.

Many things: It is pretty clear that this is not coronary artery disease (heart attack) due to the duration of the symptoms.  A lump may be caused by: hematoma (bruise), abscess (infection), or even malignancy.  If the lump went away on its own, not likely to be malignancy (cancer).  A bruise or infection is more likely.  There are some odd inflammatory processes, but i don't how they would correlate to this.
