Arthralgias: It sounds like you have at least general arthralgias and "joint pains."  there are numerous causes, so you should see a dr. To get properly DX and treated.

Can be: Best to let it relax in the natural position. Jutting it forward puts strain on the muscles and ligaments and can cause muscle hypertrophy which may alter your facial appearance. Ovulating?: Get a kit from the pharmacy and figure out if you are ovulating regularly. Have sex timed around when you expect to ovulate monthly. If not pregnant in 6 more months see your doctor for an evaluation.

Schmorl's: nodules, related to back injury. You must be seen and evaluated by your PCP or orthopedic surgeon and you will need an MRI to diagnose these areas.

See that you become: Anxious, have heart palpitations, experience lightheadeadness ; may start to lose balance. Have you been evaluated for a possibly anxiety disorder or panic disorder?  Have medical causes for these symptoms been ruled out?  I would start with your physician or a psychiatrist.

Rhinorrhea: All symptoms compatible with chronic non-allergic rhinorrhea. A parasympatholytic nasal spray (atrovent) can be helpful if used pre-exposure.
