I agree with your: Endocrinologist. You have ideal body weight and if u have no other issues such as hypertension, diabetes and elevated lipids, this fatty tissue is benign. This is not fluid and this area is not a common location for fluid collection. People with cushing's (elevated adrenal steroids) develop 'buffalo hump' where swelling is in the upper back of the area you're describing. Take care!

Depends on size: and exact location.  It is more concerning if it on left side and supraclavicular area, because lymph nodes in this area drain intra-abdominal organs and can feel like plain fat.  It is not possible to advise what you should do without actual examination, so you should show it to your doctor.

Pressure and swell: This can be related to a number of things but often the swelling is underneath where you actually can feel or see (like a glacier).  If these have not gone done within one week go see a doctor.  There are tests that need to be done.  If you feel like you can't breath or have chest pain go to be evaluated urgently.

why hasn't my clavicle healed fully?

Possible nonunion: A small percentage of clavicle fractures may not heal and result in a nonunion. Most clavicles heal in 3 months or less. Certain factors may result in delayed healing such as smoking, how displaced the fracture was at the time of injury, and other systemic disorders that slow bone healing. Delayed Union or nonunion may require surgical treatment and is best evaluated by an Orthopaedic surgeon.

Yes.: They can cause quite a bit of discomfort. Using a sling for   comfort and support is very helpful. Your doctor may prescribe pain pills and/or anti-inflammatory medication. Icing the shoulder 4-5 times per day will help as well.

How much bigger?: A slight amount of asymmetry is normal. For example, one breast is often slightly larger than the other.
