Hep C unlikely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, give than Hep C pcr test was negative at 18 weeks after exposure, it is unlikely that you have Hep C infection.

It depends: on which type of test is done.  Sometimes clindamycin will cause a positive(false), but the secondary testing clears that up.  The hep C can slow breakdown of all sorts of chemicals

You don't have hep C: I am assuming your hepatitis C (HCV) antibody came back positive, but the HCV viral load was undetectable which is the confirmatory test, hence when the HCV viral load is negative = false positive hepatitis C test which we see sometimes.
