Possible: Herbals that mimic benzo related compounds can give false elevated levels. Which can be be interpreted incorrectly.  But then again, i would come clean with your clinician or employer on what you are taking.

Do you have very: long hair?   While hair follicle tests enjoy a mixed reputation, when they do work accurately, its hard to refute to a potential employer.   Most people take other tests that are shorter-acting (urine, blood), which is what you might ask your pre-employer to accept as proof that you are clear.

Wellbutrin:  Wellbutrin has been known to cause positive drug screens for  amphetamine, methamphetamine, &amp; LSD - Lysergic acid diethylamide (not sure if these are hair follicle tests) . I would discuss with a chemist who works with drug screening to find out if there is a way to show that this was a false positive.

High unlikely: Drug tests of hair has been found to be much more sensitive than urine testing, and is 4-6 times more likely to identify drug users.  Although, false positive tests can occur with any test, it is highly unlikely in drug testing with hair, the specificity is 93% - 100%.

Not necessarily: The only SPECIFIC test for heroin is a test for its metabolite 6-monoacetylmorphine or 6MAM. I am not sure whether this is available in swab form, but the first thing with ANY positive test on a screening test, such as a urine drug screen or oral fluid swab is to do the confirmatory test.  If they have not done that, they are not following procedure.  There also needs to be chain-of-custody on it.
