3 wk ago i  took a nasty fall on my chin and how have a pea-size lump under my chin.  should i be concerned? skin didn't break.

Subcutaneous hematom: What happened is that a small blood vessel ruptured under the skin, and there is an accumulation of blood clot under the chin. It will take some time for it to gradually dissipate.

how can you know how serious a fall or hit on the head is?

Head injury: Head injury is serious if one has loss of consciuosness afterit or fi there is any evidence of fracture or change is sensorium, vomting after the head injury and headaches. If you ar not sure you should see your doctor butohterwise atleast call and speak to your doctor.

will dent in the head after a fall dissapear or its permanent?

: I think you'd have to sustain an actual skull fracture to cause a dent and it would be a permanent dent. I can't imagine a trivial head injury to cause a true dent in the skull.

Balance issues: need to be evaluated by your doctor.  You MAY have an inner ear infection or something else.  Please see your doc.  Peace and good health.

Anemia: Young girls can become anemic if they have heavy bleeding during their periods.  See your doctor for a blood test to make sure you are not anemic. Also dehydration can do this so drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol (they are dehydrating). Take a multivitamin daily.

i just fall from a small lader while im working, sat and i hit my back and head now it feels like some small pintch in may back that is not going away?

See a doctor: As a trauma surgeon, i can speak first-hand about the dangers of ladders--even a relatively "minor" fall can cause quite a bit of internal injuries.  The persistence of your back pain warrants a formal evaluation to be certain that there is no significant back injury.  I would make an appointment with your doctor asap or go to an er for evaluation.

i feel a brief sensation in my head like an electrical shock and then it moves down my body and i feel like i want to fall. what causes that and what should i do ?

: Sounds like a neurological problem. I wonder if there is a problem in the spine like a disc out of place in the neck.

Hard to answer: I cannot tell you an absolute degree of injury needed to cause coma.  If you are investigating this in consideration of doing harm to yourself or others, please contact your doctor as soon as possible.

Yes: Yes this is very normal. 50-100 per day.
