Consider a seizure: Although many events might have caused your problem, including syncope, consider an EEG to assess seizure potential.  Also, get EKG to rule out transient cardiac arrythmia.

Not likely: It is less likely the celbrex  and more likely your  underlying conditions which you can discuss with your physician

Rib Injury: Rib injuries are very painful as it's difficult to rest the rib cage from inhaling,turning,etc. Whether there is a fracture or a contusion the treatment is basically resting the rib cage,ice application. Pleural brief pain?: Chest pains should be evaluated by a doctor because sometimes they are heart pains, and would be serious. A person can make a diary of his symptoms to take to the doctor. The diary is a calendar describing when pains occur, how long they last, how they feel, which part of the chest hurts, what stops pain, what medicine was taken, any relation to exercise or other activities, what was eaten, etc...

Depends: Rib fractures are often overlooked and patients do worse without surgery on certain rib fracture patterns.  Multiple consecutive rib fractures can lead to altered breathing, severe pain, and inability to return to work.  

Multiple rib fractures leading to flail chest absolutely benefit from surgery.  Other patterns appear to benefit as well.

Not concerning: Many people experience what you're feeling - increased sensitivity over the inferior rib areas especially if its happening on both sides equally. If it's just in one spot, then you can get it checked by your doc.  Otherwise, nothing to worry about, just a sensitive area for you.

Neuralgia: Nerve pain, can be caused by shingle pinched nerve, pleurisy needs further evaluation by physician.

Not unusual: for fractured ribs to last that long....however you need a set of RIB FILMS (X RAYS) to be sure that's what the reason is!  Your question does not include your age!! If you are post-menopausal all the more reason to get those xrays!

I assume: although your question was interrupted that you still have rib pain?? At any rate sometimes a rib fracture is not immediately apparent on plain  x ray films! A repeat rib film is indicated (or a CT scan)
