Check blood sugar: I would first have my blood glucose level checked, these signs are consistent with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), but can also mean other things, but first thing's first.  Next i would have a cardiac evaluation and this would include an examination of your thyroid function.  You should see your primary care doctor soon.

If you were: shivering due to fever,then your feeling faint,is likely due to dehydration.You need a few quarts of Gatoraid to resolve this.Send someone else to the store for it.Dont want to see you driving down the road With the fainting shivers.

Depends: Could be too much weight loss. Are you taking in enough good fat and protein? Stop counting calories and eat the correct foods: coconut oil, olive oil, lots of organic vegetables, enough free range meat.

: Please see you primary care provider and/ or a cardiologist.  You may need an ECG and an ambulatory heart monitor to evaluate your heart rhythm during day to day activities and after intercourses when you have the symptoms.  If you have a device which can obtain a rhythm tracing such as an Apple Watch you can check your heart rhythm when you are having these symptoms and show it to your doctor.
