No: Not unless it takes your breath away or starts to radiate to your arm or jaw; if the pain is enhanced by pressing on the chest wall, it's almost certainly chest wall pain. You're asthmatic?: presumably it could be many things.  This combination sounds serious (especially the SOB and faintness) so if it happens often or lasts long you should be evaluated for things like blood clots.  OTOH, if it has only happened once or is always very short lived it could be either mucus trapping, gas trapping (in the intestine) or "pleurisy" which just means pain coming from the lining of the lungs.

Runny nose after eating is called vasomotor rhinitis and can be treated with an antihistamine or anticholinergic nasal spray. Oral antihistamines do not affect it. Ask your doctor for a prescription instead of walking around with tissues all the time.
