Yes: You may be pregnant. If your period is late and you had unprotected sex it is more likely.  The test is most accurate with 1st urine of the morning since it is more concentrated.  See your doctor to confirm.

Re-test if worried: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women.  A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly.  One can test about 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period.  An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

Positive: Many of these tests are super sensitive.  So, I would err on the side of caution and say that any indication--regardless of the transiency--should be taken as a positive until proven otherwise.

Need more info: Did you have unprotected sex? Did you miss a period? If you answered yes to both you are likely to be pregnant. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation and start antenatal care.
