Unlikely: If sinusitis is the cause , this would be a very serious complication which would make you quite ill.  Your swelling is more likely from angioedema (swelling in the subcutaneous tissue).  I don't know how long you have had it but if the problem has just started a few days ago. antihistamine may help. If the problem persists for more than 2 wks, see an allergist.

Apply moisturizer: Swelling is a normal reaction to sunburn and should be treated with topical aloe or aquaphor.  Take  vitamin c 1gram twice a day and consult your doctor if the swelling does not resolve in one week.  Practice better sun protection in the future with many of the available over te counter broad spectrum sun blocks.

Always keep Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (antihistamine) stocked at home and take immediately with hives/swelling.

Not a very well understood problem and should see your doctor, who may then possibly refer to a neurologist.  There can be a TMJ relation, but tn, associated with bell's palsy, can create symptoms that mimic tmj/tmd.  Bell's palsy is not well understood either and may come and go.  Seems like you might be improving though.
