Nerve deficit: This might be Horner's syndrome which disrupts the nerve supply on the affect side causing limited sweating, pupillary changes, frequently lid droop .  Have her see an ophthalmologist to examine this.

Sweating: Persistent sweating around the head and neck, if not explainable by environmental factors or the taking of medication like Tylenol, is seen in infections, certain malignancies, some blood dyscrasias and thyroid overactivity. If fevers are also occurring, this would also point to infection or inflammatory processes. Your pediatrician would perform an examination and order appropriate tests.

See cardiologist: Some children sweat more than others depending sweat glands number and activity but they are healthy .The child with breathing or heart problem  also sweat lot or for  other health reason .As your child is healthy ,to be at ease , get him checked by your doctor and cardiologist , if need get treated in time  .
