Puzzled: At age 33 you should not be in menopause. Do you mean suffering from premenstrual syndrome, which are symptoms preceding the onset of your menstrual period? In either case, it sounds rather to be something neurologic. Consult with your family doctor first, who will then direct you to sub specialists.

Numbness concern: The numbness and heavy feeling in the arm is concerning, and is best evaluated by a doctor as soon as possible. This is not a usual symptom of menopause.

Pre-menopause ?: Fluctuations in period regularity and increased estrogen production by your ovaries after mid-30's can cause anxiety and stressful moods .  Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral contraceptives, which will stop ovarian function and provide an even low dose of estrogen, with regular withdrawal bleeding (if no contraindications exist).  This minimizes the symptoms of approaching menopause.

Hormones: Estrogen declines more quickly in menopause than does testosterone.  When estrogen declines the effects of testosterone (hair loss) become more apparent.  It's frustrating.  Sometimes hair loss can be related to other hormones, like thyroid, so if you haven't had your thyroid checked in awhile, that might be a good idea.
