im having a really bad pain on my upper nose between my eyebrows  and eyes. everytime i cought it hurts even more. what can i do to make it go away?

Sinus congestion: Sounds like sinus congestion or infection.  I would see primary doc for eval. May need antibiotics or draining meds to clear sinuses.

why does my eyes feel like they can't focus & and eyebrow bones hurt right above my eyes ? i feel like i should rest but i have insomnia

Eye strain: It's very possible that you are straining your eyes to focus, which produces the pain around your eyes and temples. Your best solution to resolving your symptoms will be to see an ophthalmologist to assess your vision and eye health. All you may need is a pair of well fitting glasses that focus your eyes clearly. i have a headache above my eyebrow. i saw my doctor and i don't have sinusitis. it hurts so much since i wake up.  i have checked also my eyes.

Headache: Greetings. Headaches above the eyes can be related to sinusitis involving the frontal sinuses. Other options could be migraine induced. Having your eyes checked is a good recommendation. Sinus blockage could be present too without having a bacterial or viral infection. Try Afrin nasal spray as directed for no longer than 5 days. I also recommend ibuprofen/Tylenol as needed.

i have a small pea size lump right under eyebrow that appeared friday night it doesnt hurt anymore its hard and moves around it close to the socket of my eye not close to my eye lashes just wondering what it could be?

: I would google small bump under eye etc and look at images. See if yours matches any of those. Dermatology is mostly visual.

Forehead pain: Greetings. The point tenderness above your eyebrow may be due to an isolated frontal sinusitis. The fact that pain worsens with a cough could point to sinusitis but eye pain and headaches caused by a spike in the intracranial pressure with a cough could also occur. More history and a physical exam is needed to fully complete your work up. See your doctor. Good Luck.

Possible infection: This could be an infection, bacterial is probably most common, but viral or fungal infection also possible.

ball hit my eyebrow on swminnig pool 7 weeks ago. now when i blink my eye hurts. may i have retinal detchmt.? shall i go to er?

No: A retinal detachment would not be painful. It presents as a painless loss of peripheral vision.  If your eye hurts when you blink it could be due to a problem in the cornea, or crystal, over the colored part of the eye or due to something on the inner surface of the eyelid. I would suggest making an appointment with an ophthalmologist who should be able to help you.

Uncertain: It's possible the left side look smaller because it has an effect on your eyelid perhaps having it hang down . The hard lump at that location could be anything from infectious lump to increase collagen tissue nodule. This is something you can discuss with your physician.

Possible zoster: These are the early symptoms of Herpes Zoster - also known as shingles.  You should see your family doctor or a dermatologist right away because if this is true, miserable long term symptoms can be attenuated.
