Probably: If you're consuming a high quantity of caffeine, then probably yes.  Other than caffeine withdrawal symptoms, decreasing your caffeine intake is not a bad idea.

Other reasons for your eyes to twitch include fatigue and low calcium.  Are you getting enough sleep?  Are your calcium levels low?

Alcohol: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Red eye: That is the way you are. Due to flushing (vasodilation) to subconjunctival blood vessel. Use refresh tears (over the counter).  Won't worry if no issues with vision.  Maybe  you wink too much with left eye when having a few drink.

i got alcohol in my eye last night, it may be rubbing, possibly drinking alcohol, i washed out with water and milk. it is burning and feels like sand paper is in it.  please help

You : You need to either see an ophthalmologist or go to an er asap.  You most likely have a chemical "burn" or inflammation of the cornea and will need topical medication to help it heal and make it feel better right away.  Do not delay.

The reaction is the result of an accumulation of acetaldehyde, a metabolic byproduct of the catabolic metabolism of alcohol".

: Quit drinking alcohol. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
